Gadus specialises in the processing and sale of fresh and chilled fish products from sustainable fisheries. Gadus is a Belgian fish processing company with its own state-of-the-art production lines, offering a varied and high quality range of products. The core business of Gadus is processing and selling fresh and chilled fish products that originates from sustainable fisheries. About one third of the company's stock is supplied by sustainable Icelandic fisheries. All of the fish is delivered on a daily basis from various Scandinavian countries (Norway and Denmark), the United Kingdom, France, the United States and Canada, and it is also supplied from local Belgian fish auctions, where increasing attention is being paid to the origin and seasonality of the products.
